EVERYTHING FALLS APART

You will notice a slight change in the style of the photographs as we set out for two exciting evenings of openings for the 2012 Sydney Biennale. The style change is courtesy of the talented and glamorous Natalie Thomas who is up from Melbourne on paparazzi duty. Few people can do it but Nat can. Popped into Artspace who nearly always host Biennale shows but decided to go it alone this year. You have to do that from time to time. And so hit the wall, Sarah Goffman’s incredible wall of words. Sarah was in very good form last night – never seen her not – and said she’s become the kind of artist that everyone hates, always at home working. Well her social life may have taken a dive for this epic piece but it well was worth the sacrifice. Sarah has always been “one to watch” and we won’t be taking our eyes of her for a second. Sarah was the lone artist in attendance at the opening of Everything Falls Apart an exhibition looking at the collapse of ideological and political systems – curated by Blair French and Mark Feary.
